One can taste the sweetness made with the commitment to fine ingredients, such as “natural water shaved ice” and “black bean clafoutis”, in the relaxed atmosphere of a Misegura warehouse constructed in 1852. The theme is “Slow Food” based on an organic menu that includes such things as organic coffee, tea, Chinese herb tea, and Kuzuyu (Arrowroot in hot water). A “Hisamori Lunch” is prepared for 10 meals only on weekdays.
