Enjoy a slightly special private-use experience in Hinohara Village TINY CAMP SPACE 「TONAKA」
This auto campground was opened in 2023 on the former site of the 「Kazuma Heliport」 and is one of the few facilities of its kind in and around Hinohara Village. The owner, Hitoshi Miura, is a designer known for his collection of outdoor gear, and his taste and sensibility are reflected in every detail—from the entrance gate to the management building—creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout the site.
The restrooms in the management building are as clean and comfortable as those of a hotel. Each campsite measures over 120 square meters and is finished with wood chips. Many sites allow vehicles to be parked directly on them, and the campground offers a total of eight sites, combining open-field styles and tiered layouts. Exclusive rentals for groups or companies are also available, and the number of such users has been steadily increasing.
Open year-round, the campground offers a refreshing camping experience with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains in every season.
