A private villa blending Nordic style with the charm of Japan One-group-per-day exclusive rental villa 「Bosha」
Located in the Akigawa Valley, the popular café 「POUND」 is known for its slow, relaxed atmosphere created by an antique-style interior in a renovated traditional house and lush greenery. In May 2025, the owners opened this private rental villa about a 10-minute drive from 「Musashi-Itsukaichi Station」, in the Fukazawa area, conveniently close to 「L’Arbre」 and 「Shizenjin-mura」 introduced above.
Set on a spacious 3,000-square-meter property, the early Meiji-era traditional house, with a total floor area of approximately 100 square meters including the main house and bathhouse, was renovated through hands-on DIY by 「POUND」 owners Iori and Reiko Iwata. The result is a comfortable space that harmoniously incorporates Nordic design and the best of Japanese aesthetics. Limited to one group per day, the villa accommodates up to six guests and offers a fully private stay.
On chilly nights, guests can relax by the wood-burning stove, while on star-filled evenings, turning off the lights allows you to be enveloped by the sounds of nature. The expansive garden also features glamping facilities, making it an ideal setting for a truly blissful escape.
