The name “Bistoria” is a blend of the French term “Bistro” and the Italian “Trattoria,” both of which refer to casual, traditional eateries.
The interior, with plenty of depth, features around 20 comfortable table seats arranged in a spacious layout, allowing guests to enjoy their meals while watching the open kitchen at work, adding a lively atmosphere to the dining experience. The menu offers a variety of regional Italian and French dishes, such as “Pottachio” (white wine-braised meat) and “Salsiccia” (Italian sausage) from the Marche region of Italy, “Arancini” (rice croquettes) from Naples, and French “Pâté de Campagne”.
