After the resumption of beer brewing by the Ishikawa-shuzo Brewery, a restaurant was opened on the premises because we wanted to make a “place where regional people can gather at a long-established store”. You can enjoy meals with craft beer such as “TOKYO BLUES”, “Tama-no-Megumi”, etc, along with the local sake “Tama-jiman”. The cuisine is mainly Italian dishes, and their quality is improved by the incorporation of local and seasonal ingredients.
