（1）応募作品

• ・応募作品は、応募者本人が撮影・執筆したものに限ります。
• ・写真は多摩地域で撮影されたものに限ります。
• ・応募期間中であれば、お一人様何回でも応募可能です。なお、入賞はお一人様1作品とさせていただきます。
• ・合成など著しい加工の施された応募作品は審査対象外となります。
• ・応募者のSNSアカウントが非公開設定の場合、投稿を確認することができないため、本コンテストにはご参加いただけません。
• ・ハッシュタググ「♯多摩地域の夜景2024」のない応募作品は審査対象外となります。
• ・応募作品は、第三者の著作権、肖像権、その他法令上の一切の権利や第三者の名誉、プライバシー等を侵害していないものに限ります。応募作品に人物が写っている場合は、必ずその方の使用許諾を得てから応募してください。
• ・次の内容に該当する又は該当するおそれのある応募作品は審査対象外となります。

• 1.法令等に違反するもの
• 2.暴力的・差別的・卑猥な表現を含む又は犯罪を助長するなど公序良俗に反するもの
• 3.個人・企業・団体など他者の名誉を毀損する又はプライバシーを侵害するもの
• 4.第三者の著作権、商標権、肖像権、その他知的財産権を侵害するもの
• 5.企業や商品などの宣伝若しくは政治・宗教等特定のイデオロギーの宣伝又は勧誘を意図するもの
• 6.その他本コンテストの趣旨に照らしてふさわしくない表現を含むもの

• ・応募作品に関して第三者との間で問題が生じた場合、すべて応募者の責任において対処し、多摩観光推進協議会および事務局は一切責任を負いません。

（2）作品の利用

• ・応募作品はご応募いただいた作品の著作権は応募者に帰属しますが、多摩観光推進協議会および多摩地域の各観光協会などの広報物で使用させていただく場合があります。その際は事前に応募者にご連絡し、ご了承いただいた上で使用します。また、作例写真等に利用させていただく場合がございます。
• ・応募作品の利用にあたり、応募作品の一部を加工することがあります。その場合でも著作者人格権を行使することはできません。

（3）入賞の連絡

• ・Instagramのメッセージによる入賞の連絡後、指定期限までに、連絡先、賞品の届け先などの必要事項を指定の方法でご連絡ください。指定期限内にご連絡がない場合は入賞無効となります。
• ・審査結果等に関するお問合せにはお答えしかねますのでご了承ください。

（4）賞品の発送

• ・賞品の発送は、日本国内に限ります。
• ・住所の不備、連絡不能などの理由により賞品をお届けできない場合は、賞品を受け取る権利が無効となります。

（5）情報の取扱い

• ・応募者のお名前・ご住所などの個人情報は、賞品の発送のみに使用し、他の目的には利用しません。

（6）その他

• ・本コンテストはInstagramが関与するものではありません。
• ・応募にかかる通信料等の費用は、応募者のご負担となります。
• ・応募作品について虚偽や違反などがあった場合は、入賞作品の発表後でも入賞を取り消し、賞品の返還を求めるものとします。
• ・本コンテストの内容は、予告なく変更・終了する場合があります。
• ・本コンテスト公式アカウントをフォローし、ハッシュタグ「#たま総選挙」をつけて投稿した時点で、本規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。

（1）Submitted Works

• ・Only works taken and written by the applicant themselves are eligible.
• ・Photos must be taken in the Tama region.
• ・You can apply as many times as you like during the application period. However, only one work per person will be awarded.
• ・Works that have been significantly edited or composited will not be eligible for judging.
• ・o If the applicant’s SNS account is set to private, the post cannot be confirmed and therefore cannot be selected for this contest.
• ・Works without the hashtag “#TamaRegionNightView2024” will not be eligible for judging.
• ・Submitted works must not infringe on any third party’s copyright, portrait rights, or any other legal rights, or honor, privacy, etc. If a person is depicted in the work, be sure to obtain their permission before submitting.
• ・Works that fall under or are likely to fall under the following categories will not be eligible for judging:

• 1.Violations of laws and regulations
• 2.Violent, discriminatory, obscene expressions, or those that promote crime or are contrary to public order and morals
• 3.Defamation or invasion of privacy of individuals, companies, organizations, etc.
• 4.Infringement of third-party copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights
• 5.Advertisements for companies or products, or those intended to promote or solicit specific ideologies such as politics or religion
• 6.Expressions that are deemed inappropriate considering the purpose of this contest

• ・If any issues arise with third parties regarding the submitted works, the applicant will be responsible for resolving them, and the Tama Tourism Promotion Council and the secretariat will not be held responsible.

（2）Use of Works

• ・The copyright of the submitted works belongs to the applicant, but the Tama Tourism Promotion Council and various tourism associations in the Tama region may use the works for promotional materials. In such cases, the applicant will be contacted in advance and their consent will be obtained before use. The works may also be used as sample photos.
• ・When using the submitted works, some parts may be processed. Even in such cases, the moral rights of the author cannot be exercised.

（3）Notification of Award

• ・After being notified of the award via Instagram message, please provide the necessary information such as contact details and delivery address of the prize by the specified deadline. If there is no response within the specified deadline, the award will be invalidated.
• ・Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the results of the judging.

（4）Shipping of Prizes

• ・Prizes will only be shipped within Japan.
• ・If the prize cannot be delivered due to incomplete address or inability to contact, the right to receive the prize will be invalidated.

（5）Handling of Information

• ・Personal information such as the applicant’s name and address will only be used for the shipment of prizes and will not be used for other purposes.

（6）Others

• ・This contest is not affiliated with Instagram.
• ・The cost of communication fees, etc., for applying will be borne by the applicant.
• ・If there are any falsehoods or violations regarding the submitted works, the award will be canceled even after the announcement of the winning works, and the return of the prize will be requested.
• ・The content of this contest may be changed or terminated without notice.
• ・By following the official account of this contest and posting with the hashtag “#TamaGeneralElection”, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
